Day 10 The sun was shining again on the next morning. Relaxed and happy to move on after the rainy break, I followed the coastal road (Nordsjøvegen) until Vigeland, where I turned southward to follow road 460 to Lindesnes. The road ends at Lindesnes fyr, the southernmost point of Norway. I was the only cyclist there. As I was prepared to pay the fee to get access to the lighthouse and an exhibition room, the ashier, recognizing in me a true long-distance cyclistjust asked me: “Nordkapp?”. “Of course” I replied. “Then it’s free for you. But I’ve to tell the lighthouse keeper, that you’re coming”. The lighthouse keeper welcomed me in his house close to the lighthouse, asked me if I would like to leave a message in the guestbook and took a picture of me while I was writing. Lindnesnes fyr was worse the detour. The view over the washed rocks and the endless ocean is fantastic. The second part of the stage was enjoyable too. Short before Farsund, I stopped at a farm offering guestrooms. I took a shower and my friendly host offered me to wash my sweaty clothes in her washing machine. I walked to Farsund, bought some food for the next morning breakfast n the supermarket and had dinner in a chinese restaurant.
