Örnsköldsvik — Ramvik (Höga Kusten)

Day 64 I left the guesthouse after a good breakfast. The sun was shining and it was still pretty warm. I stopped at the bay to take a few pictures and had to climb up the first hill. The view over the Höga Kusten hills, the sea bays and the many lakes was fantastic and was worse the stressful ride with countless up and downs. In the afternoon I met a best-aged bike touring couple from North Carolina (USA) heading north and we had a chat. They had met a cylist from Berlin who was also touring around the Baltic in the same direction than me the day before in Härnösand. After having passed the Höga Kusten Bridge I reached the camping site in Ramvik around 6pm, rented a cabin, had a warm shower and enjoyed a 1,200 kcal trekking meal and a cool beer at the Mörtsjön lake.
